UNIBE Rector Receives Visit from Ron Archer

Iberoamerican University Rector, Julio Amado Castaños Guzmán received well-known motivational speaker and consultant, Ron Archer, in his office this week.

His first book, “Ron Archer on Teams,” became a bestseller and changed the course of his professional career.

As business advisor to large companies and the US government, Archer has played an important role on an international level in motivating people to embrace peace and personal growth while realizing their potential and leadership. Archer is the founder and president of the Dunamis Institute for Advanced Leadership Development.

Archer was honored with the prestigious Dr. Martin Luther King Leadership Award for his work developing emerging leaders around the world. He has been nicknamed the “Maestro of Motivation” by many people.

Others present at Mr. Archer’s visit included Robert Toca, Dunamis representative in the Dominican Republic; Odile Camilo, Academic Vice Rector of UNIBE and Loraine Amell, Director of International Affairs. During the courtesy visit, possibilities and opportunities for collaboration between Mr. Archer and the University were discussed.
