Ministry of Women Honors Isaac Tsai, Ambassador from Taiwan

The Ministry of Women honored Taiwan Ambassador Isaac Tsai for his commitment, solidarity and support given to this ministry throughout his tour of duty as Ambassador from the Republic of China (Taiwan) in the Dominican Republic.

Tsai pondered the years Taiwan has been contributing to the advancement of the Dominican woman through various programs. He praised the hard work being done by the Ministry of Women.

Alejandrina Germán, Minister of Women, gave a plaque of recognition to the outgoing Ambassador of Taiwan for the cooperation, support and tireless solidarity shown through numerous contributions to this Ministry. The Ministry of Women is dedicated to defending the rights, emancipation and education of women.

The recognition ceremony was held in Minister Alejandrina Germán’s office where Ambassador Tsai expressed appreciation for the support his efforts received. He said he was very happy to have contributed to the Ministry’s programs underway to prevent violence against women.

Tsai pondered the years Taiwan has been contributing to the advancement of the Dominican woman through various programs. He praised the hard work being done by the Ministry of Women.

He said he was satisfied with the economic support given by his country for to the  different programs undertaken through the embassy where he recently completed his diplomatic tour of duty.
