The Butterfly Mountain Bike Route Growing with New Participants The Organizing Committee of the Butterfly Mountain Bike Route announced that 13 more provinces have joined the list of participants from around the country who have confirmed they will take part in this sporting, cultural and environmental event to be held on Sunday July 1st. This activity seeks to promote the development of the Hermanas Mirabal province and the promotion of its values and natural resources. Among the provinces that will take part in the Butterfly Mountain Bike Route are Puerto Plata, Valverde, Santiago, Espaillat, Duarte, Sánchez Ramírez, La Vega, Monseñor Nouel, La Altagracia, La Romana, Hato mayor, Santo Domingo and the National District. The Organizing Committee indicated that this event is considered to be of great importance for the development of the province of Hermanas Mirabal [Mirabal Sisters] and the promotion of its values and natural resources. In the Hermanas Mirabal province there is great enthusiasm for the event as a result of the numerous Mountain Bike clubs that have confirmed their participation in the event being organized by the Casa de la Juventud [Youth House] of the province, the Battalion Club 55 MTB and the Town Hall of the Municipality of Salcedo. This activity seeks to promote the development of the Hermanas Mirabal province and the promotion of its values and natural resources. The participating clubs include the San Francisco de Macorís Pedalers, Battalion 55, Ciclismo Mocano (CIMO MTB), Los Alcones de Bonao, Los Terranautas, Manati MTB de Puerto Plata, Tortuga, CorreCaminos de Santiago, MTB Dominicana, Pedalboys, Gomas Anchas, Cotui MTB, Los Cañeros de la Romana, Los Pedamontes de Tamboril, Los Cuervos MTB, Los Pocaforza MTB, Mao MTB, Higuey MTB, Las Polillas MTB, Arca Bike, among many other clubs. | ||
