New York, August 21, 2019 – “3 in One” is the name of the most important photo exhibits to date prepared by the distinguished Dominican photographer Misael Rincón. The exhibit is scheduled to open on August 25, at 3:00 p.m., in the Dominican Cultural Commission main headquarters in New York City.
The exhibit will feature more than 60 photographs taken by Rincon of such important national and international figures as former presidents Busch, Barack Obama, Pope Francis, several Latin American presidents, as well as distinguished Dominican artists and sports icons such as singers Milly Quezada and Grammy award winner Juan Luis Guerra, sports legend Juan Marichal, Olympic medalist Félix Sánchez and baseball great David Ortiz.
Part of the exhibit will also feature photographs taken during his travels with Dominican bishops to the Vatican. Also, he also includes a section that depicts the beauty of Cotuí, his hometown in the Dominican Republic.
Photographer Rincón is not only a renowned photographer, but also a television producer. He studied Film, TV production and post-production in Santo Domingo´s Autonomous University. He was also the official photographer for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, covering Dominican diplomatic events in more than 20 nations.
“Being able to take my art to the United States is one of the most enriching experiences of my career. To be able to show my work to the Dominican community in the Big Apple truly moves me, because I will be able to bring them closer to their country through my photographs. And this is something that I will be able to do thanks to the support received from the citizens from the Province of Sanchez Ramirez USA in the Dominican Republic, and to all others that have made this dream come true,” explained Rincón.
Misael has also freelanced for such international networks as CNN, CNN Travel, DiscoveryKids, among others. In this exhibit he will be able to show the audience what he has been able to accomplish during his 15-year career as a photographer.
