Fernández explained that the agreement will be signed with World Wide Vision. He said the teachers who participate will be able to teach students how to adapt to the thought currents required in this new century. He said the training, to be offered online, will begin the middle of October and that some 90 educators will participate in the first phase. The president asserted that through this promising teaching system, the Dominican Republic will be able to go from an educational method based on memorization to a system based on critical thinking and its application in day-to- day situations.
