They were convinced that Pamela Rosario will make important contributions during her years at the university and beyond.

Pamela Michelle is the daughter of journalist Julie Pérez Terrero and former Big League  and Águilas Cibaeña pitcher, Melvin Rosario.  Pamela studied at Colegio Restauración del Ensanche Kennedy School in Santo Domingo where she was born. She intends to study Neurobiology with a specialization in Psychiatric Forensics at Harvard.

At the age of seven, while living in Miami, she participated in the Olé Fair in which children wrote and and illustrated a book. She won second prize in that contest. In 2000, she won first place in the International French contest, “Grand Concours” and in 2009 she won first prize in the same contest in New Jersey.

“Dare to be different and don’t follow the crowds.
