The Certification of Internship Supervisors is an innovative training program for directors and employees of organizations interested in implementing or improving existing internship programs within their respective companies or institutions. The Certification program is organized by InteRDom, an initiative of FUNGLODE and Global Foundation for Democracy and Development (GFDD). InteRDom oversees the professional exchange between universities, international students and companies while sponsoring training initiatives that stimulate development, diversity and positive work culture. With this Certification program, InteRDom seeks to enhance the capabilities of representatives of human resources, project directors, managers and professionals in all areas with the goal of contributing to the development of a successful internship program that will benefit participating companies through the collaboration of motivated students, both national and international.
