![]() | 108 young people aspire tobe part ofthe First Class of the Environmental Police A group of 108 young people was received Monday at the National Environmental ProtectionService (SENPA)during a welcoming ceremony for candidates aspiring to be part of the First Class of the Environmental Police. The group of candidates is made up of youths from different regions of the country, with environmental sensitivity and the attitude to safeguard natural resources. The welcoming ceremony was led by Col. Ruben Tiburcio Veloz, director of the National Environmental Protection Service (SENPA for its acronym in Spanish), who was accompanied by the highest ranking officers of the institution, and was held at the Esplanada of the National Music Conservatory, located at Avenida Bolivar.
