Veladora Theatre presents “Confessions of a Mask,” a homage to Japanese writer Yukio Mishimaby playwright RadhamesPolanco.

Actor Fausto Rojas and ActressActressLuvil González surprised the public with a sober and rigorous performance directed by Polanco.

Actor Fausto Rojas, with an acting history of more than a decade, won the 2012 Cassandra Award for Best Actor for his performance in this play.

“Confessions of a Mask” shows the true sense of what theater is. The staging surprised by the plasticity of the movements, the environment created by the costumes, a set design which is very consistent with Jose Miura’s, and, above all, a play full of beauty.

The play received the most nominations for the 2012 Cassandra Awards. The nominations are: best play, best director, best actress and best actor.
