MINERD Delivers Los Hilario School Building
Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, September 12, 2012

The Ministry of Education (MINERD for its acronyn in Spanish) has informed that the building hosting Los HilarioSchool, which is located in the Los Hincha community in Moca, has been delivered and that the students there are already attending classes.

With the delivery of this school building MINERD fulfills its promise of providing a school for the students of the aforementioned community.

The school campus was recently built by the Ministry.

The construction work was conducted under the supervision of MINERD’sDirectorate of School Buildingsand was completed last August. The outfittingof the school was also completed at that time.

The new building has five classrooms, plus one for the early education level.

With the delivery of this school building MINERD fulfills its promise of providing a school for the students of the aforementioned community.

MINERD had announced that no later than this week the students would be attending classes in the new Los Hilario school site.
