“Look, What Light!” Cheddy García will present her “Look, What Light!” show on October 19 and 20 at the Maunaloa Grand Club and Casino at 8:00 PM. In this commemorative show the comedian summarizes a decade of her life, her work, her achievements and personal growth while maintaining empathy with the audience that has followed and supported her with the same love and passion since the beginning of her career. Cheddy García now has a new challenge, to put together a huge show alongside one of the most talented, creative and experienced teams in the world of show business. The show will be put on with the collaboration of Anita Ontiveros, one of the industry´s most important artistic producers, under the musical direction of Miguelito Leclerk and choreography with Miguel Ramirez. Cheddy García will do her own production and script. Color, laughter a burst of talent will be the main spectacles on offer in the “Look, What Light!” show. Our own multifaceted and charismatic comedian Cheddy García, exhibiting her onstage talent like never before, will shine with the total splendor and grace that characterizes her and her work. This is the first time since her performance in “Humor Pa Tua Mi Gente” under the direction of the late Jean Louis Jorge, that Cheddy García has gone on stage with such a spectacular show on the level of “Look, What Light!” With this production, we are becoming reacquainted with the comedian and producer who has written and produced this entire show that will take place on October 19 & 20 at the Maunaloa Grand Club and Casino at 8 PM. With the opening of this show, the comedian is entering a new phase of her career and says that she feels happy and confident that her people are going to support her in this celebration of humor, work, consistency and sacrifice that this woman has undergone to forge her own place in the hearts of the Dominicans who follow her. Currently she is working as part of the theater cast of Perdone La Hora and is producing her own comic space called “Cheddyvertida” which is broadcast on Sundays at 10 PM on Super Channel. In addition, she is working onstage for the first time under the direction of the authoritative director Germana Quintana in “The Bus Stop” (La Parada de Gua Gua) which is playing every weekend, Friday and Saturday, at the Mascaras Theater.
