They may also participate in the programming that has been designed for everyone, and which this year is part of the festivities of the Week of Spain in the Dominican Republic, under the slogan Shared Customs.

The cultural event began at 9:00 pm and ended at midnight. Children, youth and adults enjoyed the attractions, the charm and the museum activities being offered by the Alcázar de Colón, Museo de las Casas Reales, Palacio Consistorial, the Santo Domingo Fortress, Museum of the Dominican Family, Dominican School of Plastic Artists, Centro de la Imagen, Trampolín Children’s Museum, the BanReservas Cultural Center, Casa de Teatro, Spain’s Cultural Center and the Telecommunications Center.

A portrayal of colonial figures, a temporary exhibition of colonial costumes, a photo gallery of Dominican and Spanish fashion of the 18th century, a dramatization of proverbs and shared customs, and merengue and flamenco music throughout the day, welcomed the attendees.

The food, music, dancing, performances, short films, perico ripiao and guided visits to the museums are part of the activities that will allow Dominicans and foreigners to live an unforgettable cultural experience.

The Ministry of Culture invites children, youth and adults to partake of this important proposal that seeks to promote interest in the museums of the country.
