![]() | Exquisite Dominican Flavors at the Culinary Week in DR For the first time in the Dominican Republic nine local chefs including an internationally recognized bartender gathered at a hotel chain in Bavaro, Punta Cana, to share the best of the new dominican cuisine with tourists and participants from this country. Dominican chefs are demostrating the evolution of traditional ingredients and seasonings in exquisite gourmet dishes, using the same fresh local products and modern techniques in the kitchen.
