Paloma Esteban Awarded Athlete of the Year in Sailing

The cosmetic company Halka Industrial, in the name of its product Halka Gel, has recognized the extraordinary Dominican athlete Paloma Esteban. The thirteen-year-old sailor was recently awarded by the Dominican Olympic Committee at its traditional Olympic Dinner for her outstanding national and international participation in the women’s sailing contest of Optimist 2007.
