Anuncian programación de febrero en el Museo de Arte Moderno Santo Domingo, 30 de enero de 2015
El Ministerio de Cultura, a través del Museo de Arte Moderno, anuncia la puesta en marcha de un amplio programa correspondiente al mes de febrero, que abarca desde cursos de fotografía, paisaje al oleo, vanguardia artística, tercera dimensión, además de la inauguración de la exposición de escultura contemporánea.
Para el martes 03 de febrero, en horario de 10:00 de la mañana a 12:00 del mediodía será impartido en el Patio Español del Museo de Arte Moderno el curso “Paisaje al oleo”, por Brenda Pérez; y de 6:00 a 8:00 de la noche ha sido pautado en la Sala de Proyección “Vanguardia Artística del Siglo XX”, a cargo de la doctora Laura Gil. Ambos cursos tienen una duración de cuatro martes.
El sábado 07, de 9:00 a 11:00 de la mañana corresponde al “Fotografía Nivel Básico”, por la artista y profesora María del Carmen Silva, quien de forma práctica nos introduce a este maravilloso mundo. Continuamos la programación con Yael Duval, de 11:00 de la mañana hasta la 1:00 de la tarde, quien impartirá “Fotografía II”.
El martes 10, a las 7:00 de la noche, es el acto inaugural de la exposición de escultura contemporánea “Conexión”, de los artistas Jeffrey Mongrain y Nicholas Kripal, comisariada porSamantha Sánchez y Ezequiel Taveras.
Dentro del marco didáctico de la muestra se realizará el viernes 13, de 9:30 a de la mañana a 12:30 del mediodía, el “Taller Infantil” dedicado a niños y niñas de 9 a 11 años, con el tema del Tile Cerámico, como homenaje y continuidad de la de la Quinta Trienal Mundial, la cual continua abierta al público en la primera planta del Museo de Arte Moderno.Dentro del marco didáctico de la muestra se realizará el viernes 13, de 9:30 a de la mañana a 12:30 del mediodía, el “Taller Infantil” dedicado a niños y niñas de 9 a 11 años, con el tema del Tile Cerámico, como homenaje y continuidad de la de la Quinta Trienal Mundial, la cual continua abierta al público en la primera planta del Museo de Arte Moderno.

El Museo de Arte Moderno de la República Dominicana está abierto al público de martes a domingo, en horario de 9:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m., localizado en la Av. Pedro Henríquez Ureña, Plaza de la Cultura Juan Pablo Duarte, en Santo Domingo.
